Regular excursions:

More than 7 days before the day of the activity – No cancellation charges
Between 4 – 7 days before the day of the activity – 30% cancellation charge
Less than or equal to 3 days before the day of the activity – 100% cancellation charge

Private Tours:

30 days before without penalty
Between 15 – 30 days before the day of the activity – 30% cancellation charge
Less than or equal to 15 days before the day of the activity – 100% cancellation charge

VOLCANIC Boat Party:

More than 15 days before the day of the activity – There are no cancellation charges
Between 7 – 15 days before the day of the activity – 30% cancellation charge
Less than or equal to 7 days before the day of the activity – 100% cancellation charge

Refunds and Cancellations

Regular excursions:

All returns and cancellations are returned in 3 - 5 business days from the time of the request.

Private Tours:

All cancellations and refunds will be processed from the 20th of the expired month, 30 days after the cancellation or refund of the excursion
For reasons of the pandemic we can be promptly delayed with refunds (*) and cancellations up to 90 days maximum, we ask for patience. It is because of the pandemic that we find ourselves in a situation where we have to take these measures in order to sub-exist, we hope for your understanding about it.
From 2023 this will be changed and returns and cancellations are returned at the time of request.
